R’Shay Vín

Vín is a festively plump woman with a hoggish appetite for anything to sat her monstrous hunger.  She runs a restaurant set in the very center of the Citadel, where patrons can feast themselves on all of the delicacies that she can concoct within the city walls.  But, her establishment doesn’t leave her guests nearly as satisfied as they would prefer to be, and it leads to a destructive illness that sweeps through the Citadel’s most impoverished and famine-stricken district of the city:  the Southern Warrens.
