The Ruins & the Cave

The ruins are a recreation - or possibly the original structure - in which Veylan first interviewed to become a member of the Sovereignty.  Its design was also the inspiration for the house of worship Callum visits in the Citadel.  It becomes a brief haven for Callum during his travels across the island and the scene of one of his most challenging battles.  The Cave is yet another vault built by Veylan to store the third of the four pieces of Hadran Corvis; this particular vault had been hidden away deep beneath the actual surface of the island where nobody could disturb it.
