Cí-Cen

Cí-Cen is the central-most kingdom.  The entire kingdom is one gigantic urban sprawl whose outer wall touches the borders of the other four kingdoms.  It has been broken up into districts rather than individual cities:  the Market District in the southwest, the Crafts District in the northwest, the Garden District in the eastern half of the kingdom, and in the very center, Irédezen, where the Senate – the ruling body – represents the people under the leadership of a chancellor.
