Ceris

Ceris is a Cí-Cennian senator who has been driven by both his political goals and his ancestry to rise through the echelons of power and take over the highest office in the kingdom:  Chancellor.  He keeps his magical abilities hidden as the use of magic within government is forbidden, but that doesn't stop him from using them in subtle ways.

 

Ceris' political aspirations are just a contributing factor to his personality.  He is a crafty man, always trying to stay three or four steps ahead of his opponents.  He is tactful and sly in his dealings; definitely someone to watch out for.
