Gwil

Born blind, this young man from the coast grew up in Bosklang, a rundown and rather poor part of Hærborton, the capital city of Mær-D’en.  His uses his blindness to his advantage, however and never lets it become a detriment.

It is possible from Gwil's brief interaction with Jarus Gann and Eíya at the docks that he may wield some level of the Sight, the ability for foresee and predict future events, though it is not made clear.
