J’Fay Arcós

Arcós is the reigning Lord of the Citadel, the official ruler of the walled-off city.  He is by far one of the most lethargic individuals that Callum meets on an island where so many people work hard and when so many of the prominent residents of the Citadel spend their time acting as busy-bodies trying to nose their way into his personal business.  In fact, Arcós is nothing more than a sleepy bear who’s attitude and behavior resonates throughout the Citadel in such a powerful way that many cannot help but emulate him; he’s not as tastefully pantless as he thinks.
