J’Em Irkís

Irkís is the resident archivist of the Citadel, heading up the walled urban landscape’s library.  She gives off an asinine attitude and acts like she knows everything.  She – like the other members of Citadel’s Small Counsel – houses a deadly, evil secret within the core of her being as she contains the power to manifest someone’s curiosity into complete jealous envy.
