T’Aní Rowín

Rowín is one of the more prominent residents of the Citadel; he also acts as the Right Hand of the Lord of the Citadel, enforcing the Lord’s rules and regulations across the city with lion-like ferocity.  He is by far the most infuriating person Callum has ever met, especially when he becomes a foil against Callum’s attempts to leave the Citadel in his pursuit of Hadran Corvis.
