The Citadel & the White Keep

The largest city on the Island Province of Farfell, this walled metropolis is not only a residence, it's a prison.  For for whom?  Initially, it started as the physical point of incarceration for the Seven - rebellious demons but there by the Sovereignty and Veylan, the first bearer of Hadran Corvis.  But as the Seven ingratiated themselves with the Humans living on the island with them, the walls came to be a prison for the residents who moved in and accepted the Seven as their leaders.
