The Crafts District

One of the four main districts of Cí-Cen, the Crafts District is home to artisans of many kinds.  It sits in the northwest region of the kingdom.  While theaters, painters, performers, and the like can be found throughout the kingdom, the Crafts district is the place one goes to make a name for themselves.  Because of the high turn-over rate of styles and preferences, many of the people living in this district live in poverty.
