Irédezen

Irédezen is the central-most district of Cí-Cen and acts as a sort of capital city in a way despite the entire kingdom being one massive city unto itself.  This is where the members of the Cí-Cennian senate live and work during their respective terms in office.  This district sits atop a hill and is surrounded by an inner wall with gates stationed at the cardinal directions.  It also sits above an underground prison that hides much of the criminal element of the kingdom in such a way that it seems as if there are no criminals.
