R’Av Déra

Déra is the Citadel’s Master of Coin; she runs the banks and makes sure that the currency within the city – stone coins made of various hues of jade – are taxed and doled out to the various bank branches so that they can spread her avarice throughout the populace with viral efficacy.  Her froggy nature makes her difficult to understand her motives during Callum’s brief and few interactions with her.
